About the role
- Execute the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals with Czech companies
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-value B2B clients within the Czech market
- Understand recruitment pains of Czech businesses and tailor Jooble’s value proposition
- Prepare and conduct calls with potential clients, including demos and value proposition presentation
- Maintain accurate records in CRM system
- Provide feedback to the product team on market trends and competitor activity in Czechia
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales within the IT sector
- Local expert in Czech business
- Comfortable communicating with an international team and reporting in English
- Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce or other) and modern sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI tools, etc.)
- Result-oriented and ownership of sales pipeline
- English proficiency level: Intermediate and higher (spoken and written)
- Fluency in Czech
