About the role

  • Execute the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals with Czech companies
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-value B2B clients within the Czech market
  • Understand recruitment pains of Czech businesses and tailor Jooble’s value proposition
  • Prepare and conduct calls with potential clients, including demos and value proposition presentation
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM system
  • Provide feedback to the product team on market trends and competitor activity in Czechia

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales within the IT sector
  • Local expert in Czech business
  • Comfortable communicating with an international team and reporting in English
  • Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce or other) and modern sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI tools, etc.)
  • Result-oriented and ownership of sales pipeline
  • English proficiency level: Intermediate and higher (spoken and written)
  • Fluency in Czech
