About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure procurement, risk and contract compliance requirements are met and maintained, focusing on document management of supplier contract relationships
  • Support the client and Jones Lang LaSalle teams with contract-process questions and data entry/management via the Sourcing technology platform
  • Maintain data integrity of the contract database and other data management tools
  • Complete supplier onboarding due diligence, including Corrigo administration
  • Administer and maintain contract and supplier files, certificates of insurance, amendments, letters and other contractual documents
  • Prioritize, communicate, coordinate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and operations teams
  • Manage incoming and outgoing transition plans for service providers and communicate contract changes
  • Audit sourcing and contracting policies and procedures for compliance
  • Coordinate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure contractual terms comply with standards and changes are formally reviewed and approved
  • Track correspondence and authorizations through detailed and accurate files
  • Support communication and resolution of compliance components related to Certificates of Insurance and supporting programs
  • Serve as first point of contact for COI, ISNetworld and Avetta risk-management/administration questions; process COI exceptions and manage and monitor COI data across platforms

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Purchasing and/or Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience supporting real estate, facilities services or Supply Chain Management
  • Strong oral and written communication and inter-personal skills
  • Organization skills with strong analytical ability
  • Excellent PC skills, proficient in all MS applications
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
