About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support to Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients and internal stakeholders on optimization of JLL-managed services operations and sourcing strategies
Deliver market, supplier, and operational intelligence for services operations
Identify and lead field resources to execute strategic initiatives
Serve as a subject matter expert supporting JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management
Collaborate with clients and JLL Sourcing, Facility, and Property Management teams to drive immediate and sustained client benefits
Perform periodic market trend analysis, including supplier-base and industry-change analysis
Report analysis to Supply Chain and business stakeholders in a client-ready form
Implement, coordinate, and communicate regional and national programs
Support supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers
Provide management, instruction, and follow-up for operations teams' RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes
Manage internal and external customer expectations
Ensure compliance with JLL sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics
Coordinate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure contractual terms and conditions are reviewed and approved
Establish work priorities, assign deliverables, and resolve issues with operations teams, temporary help, and project-specific personnel
Support development of diversity programs
Mentor and educate suppliers through meetings
Participate in and provide leadership to Preferred Supplier performance review meetings
Support JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives

Requirements

Proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
3+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience
Project management and business transitions experience preferred
Excellent PC skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university preferred
Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
