About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver monthly space utilization reports and maintain current space data across the portfolio
- Manage and validate site audit processes to ensure data accuracy
- Monitor utilization patterns and trends and provide insights for strategic decisions
- Maintain CAFM system accuracy, including space allocations, neighborhood configurations, and employee assignments
- Gather and analyze space and adjacency requirements from stakeholders
- Develop space plans, block diagrams, and test-fit scenarios using AutoCAD
- Create and update stack plans reflecting current occupancy and future requirements
- Design and implement occupancy strategies with detailed migration sequencing plans
- Facilitate communication between local teams, client CRE leadership, and JLL account management
- Present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences
- Build productive relationships to enable smooth project execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7–10 years of experience in corporate environments focused on strategic space or occupancy planning
- Bachelor's degree in Corporate Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations
- Working knowledge of CAFM/IWMS software platforms
- AutoCAD proficiency for test-fits and area calculations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking to address data limitations and implement process improvements
- Ability to work effectively across time zones and with global teams
- Proactive, innovative mindset with adaptability to changing priorities
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
- Strategic thinking capabilities with business acumen
- IWMS (FMS) experience is preferred
