About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver monthly space utilization reports and maintain current space data across the portfolio
Manage and validate site audit processes to ensure data accuracy
Monitor utilization patterns and trends and provide insights for strategic decisions
Maintain CAFM system accuracy, including space allocations, neighborhood configurations, and employee assignments
Gather and analyze space and adjacency requirements from stakeholders
Develop space plans, block diagrams, and test-fit scenarios using AutoCAD
Create and update stack plans reflecting current occupancy and future requirements
Design and implement occupancy strategies with detailed migration sequencing plans
Facilitate communication between local teams, client CRE leadership, and JLL account management
Present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences
Build productive relationships to enable smooth project execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

7–10 years of experience in corporate environments focused on strategic space or occupancy planning
Bachelor's degree in Corporate Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations
Working knowledge of CAFM/IWMS software platforms
AutoCAD proficiency for test-fits and area calculations
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking to address data limitations and implement process improvements
Ability to work effectively across time zones and with global teams
Proactive, innovative mindset with adaptability to changing priorities
Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
Strategic thinking capabilities with business acumen
IWMS (FMS) experience is preferred
