About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Direct senior-level project management services on assigned JLL client projects, regions, and practices
- Oversee, manage, and develop PDS Account and Program Management operations, including profit, platform, and people
- Develop and execute project goals, schedules, budgets, strategies, assumptions, and methodologies
- Establish project goals and success criteria aligned with JLL and client needs
- Build client relationships and clarify project scopes, deliverables, performance standards, and relevant criteria
- Coordinate due diligence and maintain required project documentation
- Develop detailed project budgets using historical and market data
- Serve as the primary senior-level client contact throughout projects
- Guide clients and teams through design implementation, documentation, and signoff
- Develop and maintain Master Project Schedules and manage timely project execution
- Prepare RFPs and manage vendor and contractor selection
- Facilitate project meetings and coordination with internal staff, stakeholders, and external users
- Manage performance against schedules, milestones, and critical path items across multiple projects
- Manage vendor and project team compliance with contracts, regulations, and client expectations
- Identify, manage, and mitigate liabilities and risks
- Refine business-unit and firm-wide best practices and standards of excellence
- Support regional and national AGM targets
- Expand existing client relationships and develop new relationships to enhance team revenues
- Serve as a subject matter expert for a specific product or service
- Support development of new product and service delivery ideas
- Maintain accounts receivable within planned working capital levels
- Provide due diligence and planning recommendations on budget, program, and procurement route
- Review and support effective process and governance frameworks aligned with the Global Client team
- Foster relationships with key client stakeholders and local business sponsors
- Ensure implementation of global workplace standards and local office requirements
- Lead project oversight, regional process and standards development, and local project delivery through handover to facilities management
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA or Master’s in Engineering, Architecture, or similar studies preferred
- 2–5 years as SPM or in a similar role
- Travel required as needed for project site visits
- Ability to regularly communicate analyzed data to clients and teams to achieve project goals
- Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with executive-level internal and external clients and external team members
- Ability to work primarily at a client site or project location when required
- Face-to-face and/or remote daily interpersonal interaction is usually required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
