Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled at a local four-year University
  • Able to work part-time during the academic year and over winter/summer break for approximately 30 hours per week
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week during the academic year
  • Outstanding academic achievement; include overall GPA on resume, with transcript potentially requested
  • Major in finance, real estate, accounting, mathematics, economics, computer science, or related major
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in commercial real estate
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated and diligent
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
