About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and grow a high-performing Sourcing & Procurement team for a large technology client
  • Manage expectations and team deliverables with Sourcing & Procurement leadership, account leadership, and clients
  • Manage, mentor, recruit, develop, rotate, and retain Sourcing and Procurement professionals
  • Drive Sourcing & Procurement program implementation, operational excellence, account KPIs, and goals
  • Oversee compliance, controls, contract and COI compliance, RFx/process improvements, and Procurement Playbook adherence
  • Develop and execute annual sourcing plans, including benchmarking third-party contractor spend
  • Identify client/stakeholder risks and opportunities and recommend strategies
  • Manage the third-party supplier performance management program and quarterly reporting
  • Leverage sourcing technology tools across assigned accounts
  • Support operations teams with standardized RFP/bid and contracting processes
  • Track savings, supplier performance, and sourcing effectiveness and communicate results
  • Lead client meetings and strategy sessions and maintain relationships with account and client leadership
  • Develop short- and long-term sourcing strategies, manage suppliers and internal networks, and drive best-in-class performance
  • Coordinate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management on contractual terms and approvals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services highly desired
  • People management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree; Business or Supply Chain Management preferred
  • MBA is a plus
  • CPM, CPSM or CPSD certification preferred
  • Excellent PC skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • E-procurement experience, preferably Jaggaer
  • Willingness to travel within the U.S. approximately 25%
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Influential, collaborative, client-centric, transformational, strategic, and critical-thinking capabilities
  • Communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management capabilities
  • Demonstrated understanding of JLL Work Dynamics, the real estate industry, competitive landscape, and applicable industries
