About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage financial processes including invoice review, reconciliations, budgeting and variance analysis
  • Maintain accurate rent and outgoings income, resolving discrepancies with Finance and Lease Administration
  • Oversee arrears management, disputed payments and recovery actions in line with agreed policy
  • Monitor lease compliance and landlord obligations, escalating risks and managing disputes
  • Coordinate property operations across internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of properties and subleases, including system updates
  • Oversee security deposits, bank guarantees and insurance compliance
  • Respond to complaints, disputes and statutory enquiries, coordinating timely resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
  • Tertiary qualification in Property/Real Estate will be an added advantage
  • At least 1 year of experience in commercial or retail property management
  • Strong financial acumen across outgoings, budgeting, reconciliations and arrears management
  • Ability to interpret lease terms and manage compliance obligations
  • Proven stakeholder management across tenants, landlords and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and dispute resolution capability
  • High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and governance
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
