About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive strategic asset management initiatives to maintain and optimize building systems and infrastructure
- Integrate data from building automation systems, fault detection platforms, and maintenance programs to develop lifecycle analyses
- Implement reliability-centered maintenance methodologies and conduct equipment criticality assessments
- Deploy condition-based monitoring technologies across facilities
- Develop predictive maintenance strategies that maximize uptime and minimize costs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
- 5-10 years of experience implementing reliability-centered maintenance and condition-based monitoring methods
- Proven experience with building automation systems and automated fault detection and diagnostics platforms
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems in commercial or critical facilities
- Demonstrated ability to use computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and analyze large datasets
- Strong understanding of predictive maintenance technologies such as vibration analysis, infrared thermography, ultrasound, and oil analysis
- Experience conducting root cause failure analysis, equipment criticality ranking, and PM/PdM optimization
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
