About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manages and executes Relocation Project Management services on assigned projects utilizing and managing a team of professionals to provide superior client service.
Act as a player/coach overseeing the planning, scheduling, and implementation of project scope or delegating responsibilities based on regional demand.
Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in project execution with client leadership.
Ensure team is meeting or exceeding all RPM KPIs.
Support in the development of the Relocation Project Management account.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Manage workload and staffing via forecasting tool, active project data, and dashboards to meet targets for region.
Lead development of and adherence to policies, procedures, compliance, data accuracy, and contractual obligations in the region.
Manage Employee annual performance plans, skills assessment, career development support, interviewing, and hiring for open positions.
Manage directly RPM staff, and delegate responsibilities and oversee work on multiple projects of varying complexity.
Understand and manage client expectations, interact positively with client, and provide diplomatic, constructive, and productive feedback to accomplish end results.
