Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 6–8 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience
  • Track record in senior/executive-level hiring, strategic consulting, or sourcing
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder, and project management abilities
  • Experience leading team initiatives or mentoring peers
  • Advanced proficiency with recruitment technologies and analytics
  • Prior experience in executive search or complex hiring (Preferred)
  • Formal sourcing or analytics credentials (Preferred)
  • Involvement in employer branding, transformation, or diversity projects (Preferred)
  • Experience building processes or talent capability cross-business (Preferred)
  • Willingness to step into high-impact stretch assignments (Preferred)
