About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own occupier revenue growth targets and the multi-year revenue plan for JLL Industrial
Drive net-new client acquisition in partnership with business development partners
Lead all significant tenant rep pitches and represent JLL Industrial
Develop strategies to target new occupier business with Integrated Portfolio Services
Champion industrial training and platform technology adoption
Provide strategic support to JLL Industrial’s priority industry verticals
Co-Chair the Occupier Steering Committee
Approve vertical-specific growth strategies and pursuit priorities
Represent JLL at all major industry conferences
Oversee data and tracking of industrial pursuits via dashboards
Sponsor talent development, succession planning, and DEI priorities across the occupier organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate
Proven track record building and leading large, matrixed teams
Demonstrated success driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth
Recognized industry presence with established relationships with senior occupier C-suite
B.A. or B.S. required; advanced degree (M.B.A. or relevant master’s) preferred
Exceptional executive communication, governance, and stakeholder-management skills
Comfort operating in a service-oriented, matrixed environment
High level of energy, creativity, and orientation towards value-add results
