About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own occupier revenue growth targets and the multi-year revenue plan for JLL Industrial
- Drive net-new client acquisition in partnership with business development partners
- Lead all significant tenant rep pitches and represent JLL Industrial
- Develop strategies to target new occupier business with Integrated Portfolio Services
- Champion industrial training and platform technology adoption
- Provide strategic support to JLL Industrial’s priority industry verticals
- Co-Chair the Occupier Steering Committee
- Approve vertical-specific growth strategies and pursuit priorities
- Represent JLL at all major industry conferences
- Oversee data and tracking of industrial pursuits via dashboards
- Sponsor talent development, succession planning, and DEI priorities across the occupier organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate
- Proven track record building and leading large, matrixed teams
- Demonstrated success driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth
- Recognized industry presence with established relationships with senior occupier C-suite
- B.A. or B.S. required; advanced degree (M.B.A. or relevant master’s) preferred
- Exceptional executive communication, governance, and stakeholder-management skills
- Comfort operating in a service-oriented, matrixed environment
- High level of energy, creativity, and orientation towards value-add results
