About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare potential analyses for securing development rights as well as usage and revitalization concepts
  • Support and shape projects from the initiation phase
  • Independently manage new-build and refurbishment projects in the use categories office, hotel, residential and/or industrial
  • Lead project phases (planning, procurement, execution and handover) as project controller and owner’s representative
  • Monitor cost and schedule targets and ensure the required quality standards
  • Maintain relationships with investors, property owners and occupiers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
  • Minimum of 7 years’ professional experience in planning / securing development rights, construction and project management and/or project development
  • Solid experience in organizing, preparing and executing construction projects across various use categories
  • Good knowledge of applicable regulations (HOAI, VOB) and standards (DIN)
  • Experience using cost and schedule control software such as MS Project, iTWO, Coor
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
  • Interest in independently building and maintaining client relationships
  • High level of initiative and quality awareness
  • Strong team and communication skills as well as a service-oriented approach
