About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare potential analyses for securing development rights as well as usage and revitalization concepts
Support and shape projects from the initiation phase
Independently manage new-build and refurbishment projects in the use categories office, hotel, residential and/or industrial
Lead project phases (planning, procurement, execution and handover) as project controller and owner’s representative
Monitor cost and schedule targets and ensure the required quality standards
Maintain relationships with investors, property owners and occupiers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
Minimum of 7 years’ professional experience in planning / securing development rights, construction and project management and/or project development
Solid experience in organizing, preparing and executing construction projects across various use categories
Good knowledge of applicable regulations (HOAI, VOB) and standards (DIN)
Experience using cost and schedule control software such as MS Project, iTWO, Coor
Very good Microsoft Office skills
Very good written and spoken German and English
Interest in independently building and maintaining client relationships
High level of initiative and quality awareness
Strong team and communication skills as well as a service-oriented approach
