About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare potential analyses for securing development rights as well as usage and revitalization concepts
- Support and shape projects from the initiation phase
- Independently manage new-build and refurbishment projects in the use categories office, hotel, residential and/or industrial
- Lead project phases (planning, procurement, execution and handover) as project controller and owner’s representative
- Monitor cost and schedule targets and ensure the required quality standards
- Maintain relationships with investors, property owners and occupiers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 7 years’ professional experience in planning / securing development rights, construction and project management and/or project development
- Solid experience in organizing, preparing and executing construction projects across various use categories
- Good knowledge of applicable regulations (HOAI, VOB) and standards (DIN)
- Experience using cost and schedule control software such as MS Project, iTWO, Coor
- Very good Microsoft Office skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Interest in independently building and maintaining client relationships
- High level of initiative and quality awareness
- Strong team and communication skills as well as a service-oriented approach
