About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Technical support & coordination: You will work hand in hand with our FM technician and support a variety of tasks — from furniture assembly and obtaining supplier quotes to preparing Permit-to-Work (PTW) documentation.
  • Mailroom & logistics: You coordinate shipments and deliveries, ensure smooth mailroom operations and keep track of incoming and outgoing items.
  • Administrative tasks: You handle general office duties, create Excel lists, prepare PowerPoint presentations and support the team with your organizational skills.

  • Practical technical understanding and manual/handyman skills
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Flexible and willing to provide support at multiple locations
  • Structured, independent working style and strong organizational skills
  • Team player with enthusiasm for varied tasks
  • Driving license (Category B) is a plus
