Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Seasoned leader with 10+ years of Facility Management and Commercial Real Estate executive leadership experience
  • Extensive experience managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
  • Track record of hiring, training, and retaining large teams (100+) of specialized talent
  • Demonstrated management of complex portfolio budgets ($50M+ preferred)
  • Strong background in portfolio performance management
  • Experience identifying and implementing new product and service offerings
  • Demonstrated ability to manage internal stakeholder relationships across matrixed organizations
  • Proven risk management capabilities
