About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Operates, inspects, and maintains HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Performs ongoing preventive and repair work on facility systems and equipment
  • Maintains, operates, and repairs HVAC systems and plumbing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Universal CFC recovery certification
  • Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering
  • Strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment repair and maintenance
  • Able to lift up to 80 lbs and climb up to 30 ft ladders
  • Pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening process
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
