About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality delivery within timelines and budgets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance
- Develop comprehensive project plans, track progress, and proactively mitigate risks

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction, real estate, or building infrastructure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of MEP, Communication Networks, and other Infrastructure projects
- Valid driver's license
- Physical capabilities to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and in confined spaces
