About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Overall responsibility for engineering and maintenance operations
Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of services
Maintain daily working staff levels
Ensure engineering staff are qualified and trained
Identify maintenance objectives and create documented plans
Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and guidelines
Assist in the development of a Capital work plan
Ensure client project support is provided
Perform on-site Quality Assurance inspections
Manage Mobile Technical Services (MTS) or Static team resources
Any other duties assigned by the Regional Operations Director

Requirements

What you’ll need

Valid driver’s license
Minimum of eight (8) years of technical and supervisory experience in building engineering
Strong background in technical aspects of packaged HVAC equipment repair, maintenance and overall system design and application
Excellent working knowledge of computer-based applications and programs, including Excel and Word
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
