About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary contact for daily facilities management operations across multiple assigned sites
- Manage technical and administrative staff while maintaining responsibility for team performance and morale
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to define scope, coordinate supplier walk-throughs, and manage supplier performance
- Maintain regular HR contact for people management, Learning & Development programs, and leave planning
- Establish annual budgets and track expenses against budget according to client processes
- Monitor KPI performance targets and SLA compliance, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Lead participation in local JLL and account innovation programs while redeploying best practices from other teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management
- Minimum 5 years of facility management experience with corporate or third-party service providers
- Strong business acumen including financial planning and analysis capabilities
- Proven ability to manage within budget and time constraints
- Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
- Experience with commercial goals management for FM operations
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and projects across multiple portfolios while maintaining focus on overall objectives.
