About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, review, and interpret analytical reports and dashboards for internal teams and clients, with a strong focus on portfolio and performance reporting
  • Aggregate and manage data from multiple systems to produce accurate, comprehensive analyses and actionable insights
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports; respond to data and reporting requests from JLL and client leadership
  • Perform trend analysis and scenario modeling (e.g., exit, maintain, grow) to support portfolio strategy and business planning
  • Identify opportunities to improve data processes, reporting efficiency, and performance measurement across client and JLL teams
  • Partners with cross-functional teams, including technology and other departments, to support successful implementation of BI and data initiatives
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key reporting systems, BI tools, and data processes used in day-to-day portfolio operations
  • Manage daily data intake, validation, and updates to meet ongoing reporting and dashboard requirements
  • Maintain and report on benchmarks, KPIs, and performance metrics at the portfolio level
  • Support Account Leadership and clients in defining reporting standards, frequencies, and delivery models to ensure timely and accurate insights

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited four-year college or university required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in portfolio analysis, BI, data analytics, or a related field
  • Proven experience with BI and analytical reporting tools, with heavy emphasis on Power BI and Tableau
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Access
  • Experience using data query and report generation tools such as SQL Server and Report Builder is a strong plus
  • Understanding data integration, validation, and management best practices
  • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) platforms preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of Python, Microsoft Power Platform, Smart Sheet are beneficial but not required
