About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and Project Delivery Services (PDS)
Responsible for executing PDS & IFM strategic sourcing by developing innovative ways to drive the best total cost of ownership across Clients portfolio of projects
Enhance PDS strategic sourcing organization and delivery through collaboration with corporate sourcing and project management teams
Use category intelligence and data analytics, including capital plans and project demands, to set strategy and drive results
Advance the preferred supplier program within PDS to demonstrate the value of our scale and supplier relationships
Provide management and execution of RFP/bid, contracting and operational processes around subcontracted goods and services
Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations
Ensure compliance to JLL’s sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics

Requirements

Proven ability to lead teams
Excellent communication skills – oral and written
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university
5+ years strategic sourcing or related experience
Proven track record and deep experience of work within the construction management industry
Project management and business transitions experience preferred
Knowledge of supply base and/or sourcing business practices specific to the Construction and Real Estate industry a plus
Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications
