About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor Contractor’s EHS performance for compliance.
Advise contractors on best practices for safety.
Support construction management with relevant EHS data.
Conduct weekly safety walks with Contractor management.
Evaluate the completeness of Contractor’s hazard assessments.
Lead creation of Significant Events and Potential Events.
Ensure KPIs and EHS data submitted by Contractor is accurate and timely.
Conduct monthly Contractor EHS audits.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 10 years of supervision on medium to large construction sites.
Experience with data center projects in live environments.
Ability to monitor Contractor’s EHS performance.
Familiarity with EHS compliance and regulatory requirements.
Capability to deliver current data on Contractor EHS performance.
Experience in communicating EHS information across sites.
Ability to conduct site safety walks and audits.
Skills in evaluating Contractor’s hazard assessments.
Expertise in implementing corrective actions for deficiencies to ensure safety.
