About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintaining project calendars, tracking milestones, and updating timelines to prevent delays
- Organizing stakeholder meetings, preparing presentation decks, and documenting actionable meeting minutes
- Creating, updating, and filing critical records like risk registers, standard operating procedures, and progress reports
- Ordering equipment, distributing supplies, and managing communications with external vendors and partners
- Monitoring project expenditures, flagging variances, and resolving basic financial queries to strictly adhere to budgets
- Serving as the central point of contact between developers, finance, operations, and management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or an industry-specific field (e.g., IT, Engineering, Construction)
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), PRINCE2 Foundation, or Scrum Master credentials (Preferred)
- Hands-on experience with tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, MS Project, and advanced Microsoft Office Excel/PowerPoint skills
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative support or operational role
