About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct annual inspections for multifamily, senior housing, and commercial properties in compliance with JLL's best practices and the requirements of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Correspondent Investors.
- Identify and communicate potential risks to the lender, collaborating with analysts and asset managers to develop and monitor mitigation strategies.
- Stay informed about market conditions and local sub-market dynamics for properties being inspected.
- Assist with training programs for analysts and asset managers, ensuring their certification as quality inspectors through onsite and classroom training.
- Collaborate effectively with Asset Management and Business Enablement teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Undergraduate degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience performing at least 100 multifamily property inspections.
- Certified to conduct inspections for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Life Companies.
- Successful completion of the MBA's Inspection Course.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal, writing, and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under demanding deadlines.
- Proven track record of excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Ability to identify and assess risks.
- Detail-oriented with strong self-auditing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams.
- Strong presentation skills and passion for teaching others.
