Assistant Manager – Procurement

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Driving Commercial Value for Success through facilitation and management of vendors & key stakeholders
- Drive sourcing activities & strategies to unlock savings & commercial opportunities
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish an effective organizational structure for reporting, communication, and working procedures
- Ensure that clear objectives and quality control systems are in place for all commercial and sourcing activities
- Attend meetings to drive tendering activities and coordinate with other stakeholder teams
- Maintain a strong and positive relationship with clients by identifying their needs, requirements, and constraints
- Deliver a range of best practice sourcing and procurement (S&P) strategies in line with the wider JLL S&P strategy
- Handle contract administration of all vendors professionally and according to legal requirements
- Identify project risks and mitigate them
- Develop reports, analysis, and reviews regularly
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a related Sourcing or Procurement / Supply Chain Management role
- Strong technical sourcing & procurement experience, including RFP management, contract management, negotiation, supplier relationship management, evaluation and analysis skills
- Ability to work both independently and part of a wider team, managing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to drive positive outcomes
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Logical approach and high attention to detail
- Experience working with E-sourcing tools
- Spoken English proficiency
- FM services background preferred
