Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a player-coach, balancing strategic team leadership with hands-on tactical program management for key client initiatives
Ensure seamless coordination across JLL service lines to deliver integrated real estate solutions that align with client business objectives
Lead, mentor, and manage IPM direct reports through regular performance reviews, coaching, and career development discussions
Directly manage high-complexity, high-visibility programs requiring strategic oversight and hands-on execution
Establish and maintain 'Trusted Advisor' relationships with key client stakeholders and account leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS in Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, or Business Administration required
12+ years of progressive corporate real estate experience with deep multi-disciplinary expertise
Proven experience across multiple core service delivery areas: Transaction Management, Occupancy Planning, Project Management, Facility Management, Lease Administration
5+ years in team leadership, people management, or P&L management roles
Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management capabilities
Expert-level understanding of the complete real estate lifecycle and interdependencies between planning, delivery, and operations phases
Proven ability to lead cross-functional governance processes and drive organizational alignment
