About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work in partnership with the business to define strategy and roadmap for JLL's comprehensive data center technology stack
Manage product integration across JLL Smart Building Platform/IOC (Intelligent Operations Center) and global data center operations
Lead research and product development initiatives for robotics applications within workplace management operations
Evaluate and recommend automation solutions that enhance delivery, operations, and actualization capabilities
Drive innovation in analytics, diagnostics, and workflow automation technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of product management experience
4+ years specifically in data center infrastructure, cloud computing, or enterprise hardware solutions
Deep technical knowledge of data center operations, including DCIM systems, network hardware, server infrastructure, and storage solutions
Knowledge of server and network storage and infrastructure automation management
Experience with IoT platforms, building management systems (BMS), and network operations centers (NOC)
