Key responsibilities & impact

Manage comprehensive user maintenance including setup, security profiles, and site access permissions
Upload new site information, assets, schedules, and procedures
Develop and maintain accuracy of work order related data
Support management in quality assurance review of work order data accuracy
Measure and publish KPI metrics to the management team
Provide training to end users and serve as liaison for problem solving and escalation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of hands-on experience of System Administrative experience with IBM Maximo systems and Asset Management
Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and reporting
Demonstrated ability to work independently with little supervision and effectively deal with stressful situations
Strong analytical capabilities with ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations
