About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Director, AI-Enabled Workplace Process Automation is responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI-powered automation systems.
This role eliminates manual tasks and processes that limit transformation velocity.
Develop autonomous workflows and agents for recurring operational tasks.
Partner with JLLT to build and maintain multi-agent orchestration systems for complex workflows.
Own the quality, reliability, and governance of all AI automation systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5+ years of experience in software engineering, automation engineering, or AI/ML engineering with a focus on enterprise applications.
Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with Claude Code or equivalent LLM-based coding agents in a production environment.
Proven track record of building and deploying AI agent systems and automated workflows that integrate with enterprise platforms.
Strong working knowledge of APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), REST integrations , and enterprise data pipeline design.
Experience working in cross-functional, matrix environments.
Ability to work independently — own projects end-to-end from scoping through deployment and iteration.
