About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute project specific and client driven goals, schedules, budgets, strategy and detailed assumptions
Build and maintain rapport with client representatives
Coordinate necessary due diligence efforts on behalf of the internal team
Develop a detailed project budget based on historical and market data
Guide the client and team through the design implementation process
Develop and maintain Master Project Schedules
Prepare various RFP’s needed for vendor and contractor services
Facilitate initiation of all critical project meetings
Manage project performance against schedules
Identify, manage, and mitigate areas of concern regarding potential liabilities and risk
Contribute to refining best practices of standards of excellence for the business unit
Assist in training and developing JLL team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of similar working experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
