Key responsibilities & impact

Lead employee relations strategy across the United States while bridging gaps between employees and management
Anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and ensure fair, equitable treatment aligned with JLL's values
Shape ER strategy, build a high-performing team, and partner across HR functions
Guide leaders through high-risk cases, investigations, litigation risk, organizational transitions, and labor relations matters
Partner with legal and compliance teams to maintain best practices
Lead data-driven decisions, conduct audits, evaluate emerging risks, and prepare for legislative changes
Serve as the escalation point for complex employee matters
Coach HR partners and business leaders on ER best practices
Lead process improvements and programs that enhance employee experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years in employee relations, preferably in a matrix organization
Bachelor's degree in HR, Labor Relations, or related field (Law degree or HR graduate degree preferred)
Deep knowledge of employment law, wage and hour regulations, and labor legislation
Expert understanding of employment law and regulatory compliance
Ability to identify process gaps and reduce handoffs
Strong analytical skills with ability to simplify the complex
Experience with Workday and NavEx systems a plus
Exceptional communication skills (Spanish bilingual a plus)
