About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provides operational, technical, and strategic oversight of critical infrastructure across an account portfolio of approximately 3.0 million square feet of Class A office and data center space
Focuses on maintaining 100% uptime of facility electrical, mechanical, life safety, and critical back-up systems while ensuring operational continuity is never compromised
Balances strategic planning with hands-on technical oversight, managing KPIs and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and cost savings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities, or related discipline
10+ years of experience in facility/plant engineering and maintenance supervision
Data center engineering and design and/or operating experience
Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment with proven delivery capability
Strong communication and negotiation skills with excellent interpersonal and relationship building abilities
Computer proficiency with MS Office, Word, and Excel
