Senior Business Systems Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct stakeholder discussions and workshops to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze lease abstraction workflows to identify inefficiencies
- Review platform performance data and user feedback
- Investigate and troubleshoot operational issues
- Facilitate sessions between business units, technical teams, and vendors
- Create detailed requirement specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Validate that implemented features meet business requirements
- Develop process documentation, standard operating procedures, and workflow diagrams
- Generate reports and dashboards analyzing process performance metrics
- Support change management efforts by creating training materials
- Monitor compliance with governance standards
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- 6-7 years of business analysis experience
- Strong understanding of commercial lease structures
- Proven experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements
- Proficiency in process analysis and optimization techniques
- Experience facilitating workshops and requirements sessions
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with business analysis documentation tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
