About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and prioritize the LEAP product roadmap and backlog in partnership with operations leadership, JBS (JLL Business Services), and business line stakeholders
- Drive platform adoption across business lines by identifying barriers, aligning stakeholders, and building the business case for migration onto the common platform
- Partner with data science and engineering teams to improve AI abstraction accuracy (targeting >85% first-pass yield), define model performance requirements, and validate outputs
- Translate complex lease abstraction and data management workflows into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Establish and monitor KPIs including adoption rates, average handling time (AHT), abstraction accuracy, and downstream data quality metrics
- Lead stakeholder engagements with operations leaders to align on transformation milestones, capacity planning, and optimization priorities
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Data Platform team to ensure LEAP outputs align with JLL’s enterprise data strategy and downstream consumption requirements
- Drive change management efforts to support onboarding of new business lines and ensure smooth transitions from siloed abstraction workflows to the centralized platform
- Leverage Agile methodologies to deliver incremental value, running sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives with cross-functional teams
- Prepare progress reports for senior leadership on adoption milestones, efficiency gains, and platform performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 5–10 years of product management experience, with demonstrated ownership of enterprise platforms or operational technology products
- Proven experience working with Agile development teams (Scrum/Kanban) and managing product backlogs in tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, workflow optimization, and the ability to translate operational needs into technical requirements
- Experience defining and tracking product KPIs, success metrics, and ROI for technology initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and change management across multiple business units or stakeholder groups
- Experience with data products, analytics platforms, or reporting tools — ability to define requirements for dashboards and data visualization
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead without authority and build consensus across cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, including business requirement documents, product specs, and executive-level reporting
- Comfort operating in a matrixed organization with competing priorities across business lines.
