Transaction Manager – Acquisitions & Divestments

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage BAU renewals, renegotiations, acquisitions, and divestments
- Deliver optimum results in all leasing negotiations
- Complete 35-40 transactions per annum
- Oversee all in-flight transactions from critical dates through to executed documentation
- Assess market evidence, prepare business cases, and advise the client
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Champion the use of TM Essentials and other technology platforms
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Tertiary qualification in Real Estate, Property, Business, or Law
- Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
- Proven experience in client-facing acquisitions and divestments programs
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated success in delivering commercial outcomes
- Excellent analytical capabilities including market analysis and lease valuation
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in leveraging technology platforms to drive transaction efficiency
- Strong project management skills
