Provide operational leadership for the engineering team
Ensure machinery and systems operate safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of facilities-related work experience
5+ years specifically in a leadership/managerial capacity
Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance processes
Understanding of construction planning and execution
Exposure to HVAC, fluid handling/pumping, fluid filtering, mechanical systems, welding, and electrical systems engineering and operation
Working knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Office and CMMS systems
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service.
