About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Track and prepare tenant billbacks
Manage annual CAM reconciliations alongside the Assistant General Manager
Prepare tenant termination forms
Assist with cash management procedures
Assist with preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
Prepare monthly accruals
Analyze and execute leases, including abstracting key financial terms and ensuring proper accounting administration
Prepare and distribute monthly rent statements
W-9 management
Administrative duties as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years of property accounting experience preferred
Strong knowledge of GAAP and RE accounting principles
Yardi proficient
Strong Excel skills
Experience with lease administration preferred
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and proficient time management
