Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee daily construction activities for civil, structural, and architectural works
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams
Monitor work progress against project schedules and milestones
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance
Implement quality control procedures and standards
Enforce site safety protocols and procedures
Supervise site engineering team and technical staff
Maintain accurate construction records and progress reports
Interface with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture
Minimum 8-10 years construction experience with 5+ years in supervisory role
Experience in large-scale construction projects (commercial, industrial, or infrastructure)
Proficiency in construction methods for concrete, steel, and architectural systems
Knowledge of Thai building codes, regulations, and permit processes
Fluent in English and highly preferred Thai language proficiency.
