About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join our dynamic team as a Facilities Manager and become the orchestrator behind several premier office facilities across North Carolina
- Serving as the single point of contact for tenant relations and facility operations across multiple North Carolina office properties
- Supporting the Area Manager in the implementation of short and long-term facility projects for the client portfolio
- Developing and implementing innovative programs, processes, and procedures that reduce operating costs and increase productivity
- Overseeing the development and management of capital and expense budgets by interfacing closely with client representatives
- Coordinating critical facility services to maintain industry-leading standards across all properties
- Preparing and delivering appropriate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for client stakeholders
- Conducting regular facility visits throughout the eastern Carolina region to ensure operational excellence
- Driving tenant satisfaction initiatives and responding to facility-related concerns and requests
- Collaborating with Facility Management Leads and cross-functional teams to optimize facility performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of facilities management experience specifically in office facilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the eastern Carolina region
- Based in or near Raleigh, North Carolina
- Strong budget development and financial management capabilities
- Proven track record of implementing cost-reduction initiatives
- Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders and client representatives
- Preferred: Experience managing multi-site facility portfolios
- Preferred: Background in Critical Level facility operations
- Preferred: Familiarity with commercial real estate operations and industry standards
