About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the EHS program and operations across a portfolio and lead a compliance and training program
Serve as the primary EHS point of contact and liaise with the client's EHS executive team
Communicate HSE needs and results to the Account Leadership Team
Complete and maintain Hazard/PPE Assessments
Create and maintain a regulatory compliance register
Lead the continued development of JLL's HSE culture and training programs
Develop account training matrix and manage training requirements
Ensure accidents, injuries, near misses/good catches are captured and reported
Support environmental compliance efforts as specified in the JLL/client Master Service Agreement

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of ESH experience including supervisory experience
Degree in safety management, industrial hygiene, environmental science, or relevant field
Proven record of success with project management skills for balancing multi-site activities
Previous experience managing a team of safety specialists
Broad-based knowledge of Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health regulations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven record of making presentations and providing effective training
Ability to effectively and cooperatively interface with peers, colleagues, and clients
Analytical and creative problem-solving skills with ability to employ intelligent flexibility.
