About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

NOI and direct management oversight of assigned retail properties
Develop, articulate and implement business plans for each assigned property
Monthly / Quarterly financial and management reporting as required by client
Provide oversight of contractors and maintenance personnel at properties
Build relationships to retain current business and expand opportunities
Support the broker/agency leasing team
Project and achieve budgeted financial goals
Financial performance and risk management related to property management

Requirements

What you’ll need

College graduate preferred
FL Real Estate License required within 90 days
At least 2-4 years’ experience in commercial property management, multiple property responsibilities in Retail preferred
In depth understanding of financial aspects of property performance
Competency using Microsoft Office, navigating the internet, general use of personal computer.
