About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and grow a high-performing Sourcing & Procurement (S&P) team for a large client in Manhattan.
Work directly with S&P leadership and clients to manage expectations and team deliverables.
Provide impactful leadership in a cross-functional and collaborative environment.
Drive results through S&P program implementation and monitoring progress.
Oversee client compliance and controls, develop new sourcing strategies.
Proactively manage internal and external expectations by understanding business needs.
Recruit, develop, and retain top S&P talent.
Support career development of key roles through mentoring.
Establish relationships with key stakeholders including Corporate Legal and Risk Management.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services.
Experience with people management.
Bachelor’s Degree – Business or Supply Chain Management or similar.
Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications - Excel, Word & PowerPoint
E-procurement experience.
Willingness to travel within the U.S. (approximately 25%)
Ability to work remotely (i.e. home office), including on-site at client locations.
MBA CPM, CPSM or CPSD certification preferred.
Working knowledge of Jaggaer preferred.
