About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on the full ML and GenAI lifecycle including data processing, exploratory data analysis, benchmark creation, feature engineering, diverse LLMs and agents, modeling/fine-tuning, evaluation, and more.
Ensure reliable model deployment and continuous monitoring, seeing most of your projects go beyond the research phase and into production.
Collaborate closely with talented colleagues including DSs, engineers, and product.
Communicate findings, propose new solutions, and explore new opportunities to facilitate impact and help us grow.

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of industry experience
A track record of delivering ML/AI projects and communicating their value.
Strong hands-on experience with the full machine learning cycle (data processing, error analysis, feature engineering, modeling, evaluation, etc.)
Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG systems, and agentic AI architectures
Great coding skills (Python, SQL, and engineering design practices)
Experience deploying production-level code in the cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, etc.)
An entrepreneurial mentality; excited to work with product and business teams to identify new opportunities and lead their development end-to-end.
Excellent communication skills in English.
An MSc degree (PhD advantage) in computer science, mathematics, or another STEM field.
