About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee facilities operations across multiple contracts
Manage comprehensive FM delivery across multiple locations
Build influential relationships with stakeholders from site level to the executive suite
Cultivate strong client relationships and conduct quarterly business reviews
Orchestrate end-to-end facilities services including M&E maintenance, cleaning, and pest control
Ensure services exceed KPIs and SLAs while championing continuous improvement
Recruit talent and provide coaching and development opportunities
Prepare insightful monthly reports, manage variances strategically, and identify cost optimisation opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar management position
Extensive understanding of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, security, and building automation systems (BMS)
Proven experience managing C-level stakeholders
Financial acumen including budget management and P&L responsibility
Project management across multiple service streams
Solid technical knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and facilities technologies
Understanding of banking operations and regulatory landscapes
Inspiring people leader with skills to build, develop, and motivate teams
