Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and coordinate annual global budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles across multiple regions
Design, build, and continuously optimize advanced Excel-based financial models and automated dashboards
Conduct comprehensive variance analysis comparing Budget vs. Actual and Forecast vs. Actual results
Develop and maintain interactive reporting tools and automated financial reports
Collaborate with regional finance teams and business leaders to ensure data integrity
Execute strategic transformation projects focused on process efficiency
Monitor compliance with Master Service Agreements and global audit requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or closely related field with minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within global or multinational organizations
Expert-level mastery of Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, scenario analysis, and VBA/macros development
Proven track record leading global budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple international regions and time zones
Strong proficiency with computer-based accounting applications; experience with JD Edwards E1 enterprise system highly preferred
Exceptional analytical and quantitative capabilities
Outstanding organizational and project management skills
Superior verbal and written communication skills
