About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the development, implementation, and governance of risk management and compliance programs across the organization
Lead annual Enterprise Risk Assessment program, determining risk treatment and mitigation initiatives
Implement and maintain compliance program encompassing all JLL and client policies, procedures, and Code of Ethics
Review Master Service Agreement (MSA), conduct gap analysis, and lead MSA change control process
Manage internal audit program and coordinate external audit activities
Oversee incident management process and establish risk forums and governance meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Accounting, Business, Risk Management, Law, or related field
Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in risk and compliance experience
Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
Ability to communicate and engage at all levels of executive management and presenting to senior management
Experience working with regulators, external auditors, and governing boards
Strong written communication, relationship skills, and policy drafting
Legal and commercial real estate industries experience a plus
