About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide operational leadership for the engineering team, ensuring machinery and systems operate safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively while achieving 100% uptime through reliability-based maintenance practices.
Implement equipment inspection and monitoring programs, define maintenance best practices, and continuously evaluate operations to enhance effectiveness and maximize performance.
Supervise engineers and maintenance staff, manage contractor activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain all infrastructure documentation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of facilities-related work experience with 5+ years specifically in a leadership/managerial capacity
Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance processes with understanding of construction planning and execution
Exposure to HVAC, fluid handling/pumping, fluid filtering, mechanical systems, welding, and electrical systems engineering and operation
Working knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Office and CMMS systems with demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service.
Associate's Degree in an Engineering discipline preferred
Universal Technician certification for CFC's (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment)
Operating Engineers license (SMA) or equivalent.
