About the role

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business intelligence to inform executive decision-making
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, board materials, and strategic planning documents
  • Support strategic initiatives, process improvements, and cross-functional project coordination
  • Interface with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders on behalf of executive leadership
  • Lead key projects and presentation material preparation
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to support business development efforts
  • Work closely with the President's administrative assistant to ensure seamless executive support and coordination
  • Collaborate directly with Head of Operations and COO on strategic initiatives and business priorities
  • Reports to Head of Operations with direct line to President/CEO and Executive Committee

Requirements

  • Minimum: 2-3 years in strategic analysis, research, corporate development, investment banking, or strategy consulting
  • Industry Knowledge: Commercial real estate knowledge required; capital markets experience strongly preferred
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced: PowerPoint (with graphic design capabilities preferred), Excel, AI tools and financial modeling
  • Proficient: Database management systems and business intelligence tools
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Executive presence and discretion
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with strong storytelling abilities
  • Project management and organizational excellence
  • Technology innovation mindset with strong AI and technology skills
  • Independence and ability to work without day-to-day supervision
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities and to work to meet tight deadlines
  • Office-based, Monday through Friday required (on-site locations listed)
