About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide comprehensive facility, contract, and procurement management with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Assist in evaluating vendor procurement and management practices.
  • Co-ordinate and monitor the contractor management program.
  • Ensure the Contract Management Database is up to date.
  • Assist in the implementation of a comprehensive energy management program.
  • Monitor the Preventive and Planned Maintenance program.
  • Ensure the team liaises closely with the Regional Operations procedures.
  • Recommend continuous quality improvement practices across the site.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 7 years of related working experience.
  • Fluent in English and Native in Mandarin.
  • Organized, adoptable, and service oriented.
