About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide comprehensive facility, contract, and procurement management with a focus on continuous improvement.
Assist in evaluating vendor procurement and management practices.
Co-ordinate and monitor the contractor management program.
Ensure the Contract Management Database is up to date.
Assist in the implementation of a comprehensive energy management program.
Monitor the Preventive and Planned Maintenance program.
Ensure the team liaises closely with the Regional Operations procedures.
Recommend continuous quality improvement practices across the site.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 7 years of related working experience.
Fluent in English and Native in Mandarin.
Organized, adoptable, and service oriented.
