About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee facilities management operations across multiple properties, ensuring consistent service delivery and operational efficiency
Develop and manage annual budgets, capital expenditure plans, and operational forecasts for your regional portfolio
Lead vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement processes to optimize service quality and cost-effectiveness
Conduct regular property inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and improvement opportunities
Coordinate preventive maintenance programs and emergency response procedures to minimize disruptions and ensure business continuity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, security, cleaning, and administrative services to deliver integrated solutions
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and clients, highlighting key performance metrics and strategic recommendations
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations including health, safety, and environmental requirements
Champion sustainability initiatives and implement energy-efficient practices to reduce environmental impact and operational costs

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years’ experience in facility and operations leadership is required
Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Engineering or similar field or experience
Knowledge of GMP, GxP regulations, quality and production processes with strong understanding of Compliance requirements
Accomplished thought leader with a successful track record of delivering strategic operating plans
Exemplary Client Relationship Management skills managing up & down within a high-performing JLL and Client organization.
Strong team builder with the ability to motivate, develop and challenge team members
