About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee facilities management operations across multiple properties, ensuring consistent service delivery and operational efficiency
- Develop and manage annual budgets, capital expenditure plans, and operational forecasts for your regional portfolio
- Lead vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement processes to optimize service quality and cost-effectiveness
- Conduct regular property inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and improvement opportunities
- Coordinate preventive maintenance programs and emergency response procedures to minimize disruptions and ensure business continuity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, security, cleaning, and administrative services to deliver integrated solutions
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and clients, highlighting key performance metrics and strategic recommendations
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations including health, safety, and environmental requirements
- Champion sustainability initiatives and implement energy-efficient practices to reduce environmental impact and operational costs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years’ experience in facility and operations leadership is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Engineering or similar field or experience
- Knowledge of GMP, GxP regulations, quality and production processes with strong understanding of Compliance requirements
- Accomplished thought leader with a successful track record of delivering strategic operating plans
- Exemplary Client Relationship Management skills managing up & down within a high-performing JLL and Client organization.
- Strong team builder with the ability to motivate, develop and challenge team members
